Oliver Giaon
Oliver graduated from James Madison University in May 2025 with a degree in finance. Raised in Reston, he has been involved in entrepreneurial ventures from an early age and continues to balance his work at Clean Out Kings with his role in consulting within the commercial real estate sector. At Clean Out Kings, Oliver focuses on marketing and business development, supporting the company’s growth. Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding, playing tennis, and traveling.

Nick Haitz
As a former college athlete and current student pursuing a degree in business management at UNC Wilmington, Nick brings a blend of skills and determination to the table. Growing up in Reston alongside Oliver, his childhood friend, Nick developed a strong work ethic and a penchant for success. With years of experience in landscaping/construction and a brief tenure at a popular junk removal franchise, Nick possesses a deep understanding of client needs and project management. At Clean Out Kings, he excels in building client relationships and overseeing large-scale projects, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

Jon McNamara
With a background that includes over a decade as a basketball coach and educator, Jon excels in managing day-to-day operations with precision and expertise. His journey to entrepreneurship is marked by diverse experiences, including two decades in real estate sales/investing and ownership in the coffee/apparel industries. Originally from Colombia, Jon received his B.A. from Holy Cross, and has M.A's from GMU and UVA, demonstrating his dedication to lifelong learning. Now, at Clean Out Kings, Jon leads the strategic planning process and is responsible for all business operations including sales, human resources and community relations. Jon’s management skills ensure smooth operations and optimal service, making him an invaluable asset to the team.
