Oliver Giaon
Oliver is currently pursuing finance degrees at James Madison University. Raised in Reston, his entrepreneurial journey began early, from shoveling snow as a child to venturing into online sales. Remarkably, Oliver has never held a traditional job, underscoring his innate entrepreneurial spirit. Responsible for marketing, lead generation, and fostering business relationships, Oliver's innovative approach and commitment to success are key drivers to the company's growth.

Nick Haitz
As a former college athlete and current student pursuing a degree in business management at UNC Wilmington, Nick brings a blend of skills and determination to the table. Growing up in Reston alongside Oliver, his childhood friend, Nick developed a strong work ethic and a penchant for success. With years of experience in landscaping/construction and a brief tenure at a popular junk removal franchise, Nick possesses a deep understanding of client needs and project management. At Clean Out Kings, he excels in building client relationships and overseeing large-scale projects, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

Jon McNamara
With a background that includes over a decade as a basketball coach and educator, Jon excels in managing day-to-day operations with precision and expertise. His journey to entrepreneurship is marked by diverse experiences, including two decades in real estate sales/investing and ownership in the coffee/apparel industries. Originally from Colombia, Jon received his B.A. from Holy Cross, and has M.A's from GMU and UVA, demonstrating his dedication to lifelong learning. Now, at Clean Out Kings, Jon leads the strategic planning process and is responsible for all business operations including sales, human resources and community relations. Jon’s management skills ensure smooth operations and optimal service, making him an invaluable asset to the team.
